Buffet From Circles!

On May 18, 2012, we went to Makati Shangri – La  because we were craving for the buffet at Circles. We sat at the chef’s table, where there was a television. Their theme that night was seafood market. You can pick from a wide array of raw seafood and have it cooked the way you want it. The king shrimp were so big that I thought they were lobsters.  I had it cooked with boiled onions first. Then I had another king prawn with butter and chili. They were both delicious!

There were also some meat dishes. The shawarma was hot and  tender. The pita bread was soft and the stuffings were fresh. The curry was  deliciously spicy.   The mango float was fantastic because the mangoes were sweet and cold.  I wish my sister would make that dessert.

I didn’t have time to taste the beef ribs because it came out later, but it’s ok because my stomach was going to explode already.

Everything on the buffet called my attention, but I could only eat so much! I had sushi, King shrimp, Shawarma ,Roast pork ,Curry, Steamed Vegetables, plain rice, Pasta ,Bagnet (roast pork), Mango float, dragon fruit, oranges , water melon, and Fruit salad.

I wish you’d try Circles sometime…you won’t regret it!
